Scooter Hire arrives in Brighton - how cool!
Welcome to Vroom By The Sea, Brighton's first and only scooter hire company - offering Brighton's residents and visitors the chance to ride Piaggio's iconic Vespa around arguably the UK's most fun and funky city, or get out and about amongst the beautiful Sussex countryside.
Established in April 2008 - we're delighted to have helped over 1000 vroomers experience the fun and freedom of scooter hire and motorcycle hire. We're based in central Hove, just yards from the seafront and 10 minutes from central Brighton. We're really easy to find - but if you're having a lazy weekend don't worry, we'll even bring the bikes to you!
Can I hire a scooter?
You can ride a 50cc bike on your full car licence provided you passed before 01st February 2001.

Peter Moore - Author of Vroom with a View and Vroom by the Sea
Australian travel writer, Peter, dropped in recently for a quick vroom by the sea. Peter penned Vroom with a View and Vroom by the Sea about his adventures in Italy with his friends Sophia and Marcello (two vintage Vespa's). Vroom by the Sea launches in the UK next April...watch this space! Until then Peter has written six other books which are a fantastic read - check them out here. Be careful though as you'll find yourself booking some international flights or buying Italian Vespa's on ebay!
